Subprocessors and service providers
Till uses the following providers to operate the hosted beta. Roles may differ depending on the feature you use.
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| DigitalOcean | Application hosting, compute, storage, networking, and infrastructure logs | Account/configuration data, encrypted provider connections, usage counters, proxied traffic in transit, service logs |
| Stripe | Checkout, subscriptions, billing portal, and payment administration | Email, plan, customer/subscription identifiers, payment information supplied directly to Stripe |
| Vercel | Domain registration, authoritative DNS, build/deployment tooling, and independent public status-page hosting | DNS queries, deployment/build metadata, and public status-page request metadata; production application traffic is not intentionally routed through Vercel |
| GitHub | Source control and deployment automation | Source, build/deployment metadata, and operator account data; not intended for customer prompts or credentials |
| Google Fonts | Web font delivery on public pages | Browser request metadata such as IP address and user agent when fonts load |
Upstream AI providers
The provider Till selects from a tenant's configured connections receives the proxied request, credential, and response-related data. Selection uses native route shape, model ownership/pricing, and the tenant default; an optional advanced override is also supported. Each provider acts under its own terms and your provider account. The supported adapter list is available from the discovery endpoint.
Changes
This list will be updated when operational providers change. A formal advance-notice subscription is not currently available during beta.
